Constitution and Canons

Because changes to our Diocesan Constitution must be approved at two consecutive annual conventions, the 2008 version of the constitution is still in effect. However, portions of this version of the constitution are deemed to be invalid. These portions were listed in Resolution 1, which was presented at the 27th annual convention held on November 13-14, 2009. A motion to adopt Resolution 1 passed unanimously.

• Proposed Diocesan Constitution. This document contains the changes recommended by the Constitution and Canons committee. These changes were approved on November 14 and, following a second vote in the fall of 2010, this version will become the next Diocesan Constitution.
