Ms. Paula Lisa Yoder

Ms. Paula Lisa YoderOn Wednesday, February 10 at 3:10 p.m. the workshop "Transformational Leadership" will deal with the idea that in today’s very accelerated home, church, family, education and business environments, transformational leaders will become the catalysts for understanding and responding positively to changes. The framework for supporting changing systems of learning and knowing will be presented from a transformational paradigm. The paradigm will look at changing work cultures and cultural fluency and the need for a holistic framework upon which to build relationships and teams.

Paula Lisa Yoder, Director of the Tandy Center for Executive Leadership at the Neeley School of Business, Texas Christian University, has worked extensively in the areas of human resources and of organizational and leadership development at companies such as Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Apex Capital, LP, and Weatherford College. A graduate of Tarleton State University, she obtained a M.S. from Texas A&M University and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Human Resource Development at Texas A&M. Currently, for the Neeley School Executive Leadership program she teaches Blue Ocean Strategy, Transformational Leadership, Executive Manners, Coaching teams, mentoring and serves as an Executive Coach.
