Ice Cream Social, 08/30/09

The Ice Cream Social put on by the St. Simon's Men's Club – with the help of a lot of women – was a huge success. St. Christopher's Family Life Center was decked out picnic-style and the crowd overflowed into the parish hall. Gallons of homemade ice cream and dozens of cookies were happily consumed, with folks sampling varieties of ice cream ranging from among vanilla and chocolate, of course, but also peach, cinnamon, peppermint, pumpkin, mocha and more.
